How do I empty my cache?

 

The cache is temporary memory in which your computer saves copies of data that you consult during your session. When you want to view the data again, the computer does not have to go and look for it on the Internet, it extracts the information from the cache.

 

We recommend that you delete the cache memory from your computer after you exit My Account to ensure that your company data is protected.

Internet Explorer 5.x, 6.x and 7.x:

  1. Select Internet Options in the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the General tab.
  3. Click on Delete Files in the Temporary Internet files section.
  4. Click on OK .
  5. Click on  Clear History in the History section.
  6. Click on OK .
  7. To close, click on OK .
