The Code of Ethics applies to all staff members of Investissement Québec and its subsidiaries. It defines the rules of conduct the Corporation applies to protect its interests and those of its customers, suppliers and partners.

Policy Respecting Equal Access to Employment
Investissement Québec has adopted a policy to foster fair representation of members of concerned groups to all levels of the organization, in accordance with the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies.
The Investissement Québec Language Policy
On September 25, 2001, the Board of Directors of Investissement Québec adopted a language policy based on the Charter of the French Language, the government's language policy, the policy concerning government contracts and the policy regarding the use of French in information technologies.
