Babel Media, member of the Indian Quatrro Group and a leading provider of specialized services for the international video game and interactive entertainment industry, plans to hire 200 people at its Montréal offices in the next months.

The company is responding to increased demand, in part due to the social media boom. To accommodate the new employees, Babel Media will move this summer to a new downtown location large enough for its 400 full-time and 150 part-time staffers.

Working out of Montréal since 2005, Babel Media offers solutions for QA testing, translation, localized and English audio creation and localized packaging for PC, console, handheld, online and mobile games. Nintendo, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Microsoft, Warner Bros, DreamWorks and Nokia are among its clients.
