The big players in the visual effects and animation industry will gather in Montréal on June 10 and 11 for the international convention effects MTL
Montréal, which is home to industry giants like Cinesite, Framestore and MPC (Technicolor), is definitely a world hub for visual effects. “Québec is a prime location to host an international convention like effects MTL, as it is recognized worldwide for its innovation and creativity in the visual effects and animation industry,” says Marine Lelièvre, the Event Director for Connection Events. Some 800 participants are expected to attend the first edition of effects MTL.
