Business Assistance - Immigrant Investor Program
The Immigrant Investor Program is a unique and advantageous formula. The interest on investments made by immigrant investors, managed by Investissement Québec, is distributed as a non-repayable contributions to Québec businesses.
To receive funding, you must have a recommendation from an accredited financial intermediary recognized by Investissement Québec. The intermediary will help you draw up a list of all the information you will need to submit.

* The contribution is paid out over four years. The maximum is $250,000 per company within a three-year period.

To be eligible, your company must operate in one of the following industries:
- Manufacturing
- New economy - Biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, aeronautics or aerospace
- High-value-added information technology
- Tourism
- Environmental restoration
- Recycling, waste recovery and processing
- Call centres
- Aquaculture, sea farming and marine biotechnology
- Specialized horticulture
Cooperatives and non-profit organizations operating businesses in industries other than those listed above may also qualify, under certain conditions.
Fees
No fees will be charged by IQ Immigrants Investisseurs inc., the financial intermediary or financing consultants to process your file.
